We offer free shipping on every order — no minimum. Orders placed before 2 pm (Mon–Fri) ship the same day; orders after 2 pm or on weekends ship the next business day. Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking.

Returns
Every Pilo order comes with a 30-night sleep trial. If Quiet Night isn't right for you, contact us within 30 nights for a full refund.
How to Start a Return
Email hello@wearpilo.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll send instructions within 1–2 business days.
Refunds
Once we receive your return, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, email us and we'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost.
