30-Night Sleep Trial
Every Pilo order comes with a 30-night sleep trial. Give Quiet Night a fair try — if you're not sleeping better, or it's simply not right for you, send it back within 30 nights for a full refund. We want you resting easy, not stuck with something that doesn't work for you.
How to Start a Return
- Email hello@wearpilo.com with your order number and the reason for your return.
- We'll reply within 1–2 business days with simple return instructions.
- Send the item back, and we'll take care of the rest.
Refunds
Once we receive your return, we issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at hello@wearpilo.com. We'll cover return shipping and send a replacement at no cost.
